These super easy 7 ingredient bars are such a great and healthy snack, so yummy, and they have ingredients that help boost milk production- win win!
Of course, you can still enjoy and benefit from these snacks even if you are not currently breastfeeding :)
Ingredients:
-2 Cups Oats
-1 & 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
-1/4 Cup Honey
-1 TBSP Brewers Yeast
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 TBSP Ground Flax
-1 & 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Recipe:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl & combine.
-Press down in 9x13 baking pan
-Chill for 30 mins to 1 hour
-Cut into bars or roll into balls & enjoy!
You can easily add other goodies like coconut, cranberries, protein powder, etc.
